Do you provide free quotations?
Yes. Quotations and site visits are free of charge. WhatsApp a photo and we'll usually price it straight away; if the job needs a look in person, we'll come down at no cost.
Is there a warranty on the work?
Yes. Installation works come with a 3-month workmanship warranty, counted from completion of the work. Products we supply carry their manufacturer warranty on top of that.
Do you supply materials or can I buy my own?
Either way works. We can supply materials, or install parts you've already bought.
Are you really available 24 hours?
Yes. Emergencies don't keep office hours, so neither do we. Call or WhatsApp any time, including nights, weekends and public holidays.
